Why is Obama called "the Messiah? " Actually, the term is quite
understandable. Messiah means “anointed one” and Obama has certainly been
anointed. During the primaries, Obama volunteers were discouraged from talking
about the issues and instead, encouraged to discuss their testimonies, how they
personally came to Obama. Previously, that was a narrative reserved for Christians talking about Jesus.
But Obama has also been anointed by our mainstream media. They crowned
him the winner long ago. These last two weeks, they have even criticized
Republicans for having the audacity to go out and vote when it is so obvious
that Obama is going to win. That is what the polls say after all. Never mind
that the polls said that exact same thing about Kerry in 2004.
The famous historical novelist, Gore Vidal has also anointed Obama. He,
along with several Democratic Committee heads, have gone on record to say that
Obama must not concede the election, even
if he loses. Yes, you heard me correctly. They are tilling the ground,
making it ripe for riots in the streets if McCain wins. In their minds, the polls cannot
possibly be wrong and if, by chance, they are proven wrong with a McCain victory, that will
only be evidence of racism and demonstrate once and for all how African-Americans have been suppressed and forcibly denied the right to vote.
I.E. The proof that the polls are correct is that we will assume they were
correct, even if they do not match that ultimate poll called the election itself.
Yes indeed, Obama has been anointed. Who needs elections when we can instead crown a king?
This is Bob Siegel, making the obvious, obvious.
