A MESSAGE TO OUR TROOPS:
Those enemy combatants whom you worked so hard to capture are going to be read Miranda Rights and put on trial as if they were American citizens.
I suppose if you had shot them on the battlefield instead of merely capturing them, justice would have been served more quickly and accurately, but then again, had you done that, some American lawyer might be putting you on trial instead.
A MESSAGE TO OUR ARMY RECRUITERS: Better throw in a condo and a free college education with the offer, because I have a feeling less and less people will be signing up. Oh, wait! Never mind the college education. That would only cause our history to repeat itself.
