So, you think Congress finally did the right thing about ACORN, that crooked, election fraud motivated organization brought down by a sting operation which revealed staff workers willing to help people cheat on their taxes and organize prostitution style slavery? You were relieved to hear that Congress voted to stop their funding? Well, think again. The cessation of ACORN's funding discontinues on October 31st. Just in time for Halloween. Wow! This punitive action lasted a whole month! Of course, the temporal nature of the action was not mentioned when an embarrassed Congress, which gives millions of dollars to ACORN, felt the need to correct their reputations. But then, we should have expected this sneaky little back peddling field maneuver. Our snake-like, cowardly politicians are beholding to a monster entity that put so many of them into power.
Hey, I have an idea: Why don't we the people vote to stop funding Congress? Only let's stop the funding for more than one month.
