Enterprise Zones is a program in the San Diego area where businesses are able to flourish and hire more people due to tax credits. Now, the state of California, in its brilliance, is poised to remove these tax credits.
This and other subjects were addressed when I substitute hosted The Rick Amato Show, Monday, February 1st.
