How will Obama spin the November 2010 tsunami,
which swept so many Democrats out of office? What kinds of speeches can we look forward
to every single day for the next two years? Are you concerned that you might miss some of these history-making rounds of rhythmic rhetoric?? Well, be of good cheer! Your ol' pal Bob is here to offer assistance once again:
You see, Obama will really be giving only one speech. Oh, of course, we can
expect variations, but the root points will always remain the same. Here
are his seminal words all ready for loading into the teleprompter ahead of time,
the bones, so to speak, waiting for just a little meat to be placed on top.
"Blah blah blah...Bipartisanship...Blah blah blah...The American
people...Blah blah blah...Republicans are the Party of No...Blah blah
blah...Not my fault...Blah blah blah...Trying to clean up George Bush's
mess...Blah blah blah...time to pull together because that is what the American
people want to see...Blah Blah blah bipartisanship...Blah blah blah...The
American people...Blah blah blah...Republicans are the Party of No...Blah blah
blah...Not my fault...Blah blah blah...Trying to clean up George Bush's
mess...Blah blah blah...time to pull together because that is what the American
people want to see..Blah blah blah...
Catching on? Now here's some good news: While this speech blares over the air, there is always a chance to change the channel. TV Land will undoubtedly be showing re-runs of The Andy Griffith Show.
If we're going to watch the same thing over and over again, it might as well be
something we enjoy. Of course, even a documentary on how to store
frozen batteries is a preferable alternative. So would an ad for a do it yourself canker sore
removal kit.
